You can do that all in Aisle Planner. To add an event to the Guest Manager: First, click on the event drop down towards the top of your guest manager. Then, select the Add New Event option from the drop down menu. Next, complete the information (event name, location, date and time for the event) and then click on the gold Create Event button.And when you're ready to turn this quote into an invoice, just click on the gold action button towards the top right of the screen and select the Create Invoice option. As a side note - this option will only appear once a quote has been accepted.
